Një denoncim ka mbërritur në redaksinë e JOQ Albania nga një baba, i cili ngre shqetësimin për situatën e djalit të tij 7-vjeçar dhe pretendon se prej rreth një viti e gjysmë nuk ka mundur ta takojë.
Sipas tij, ekziston një vendim i Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë që i njeh të drejtën për ta takuar fëmijën katër ditë në javë, ndërsa kujdestaria i është lënë nënës dhe përgjegjësia prindërore është e përbashkët.
Babai pretendon se, pavarësisht këtij vendimi, ai nuk po arrin të ushtrojë të drejtën e takimit me djalin. Në komunikimin me redaksinë, ai thotë se fëmija qëndron me gjyshërit në një ambient me qira në zonën e Kombinatit dhe ngre pretendime edhe për kushtet në të cilat jeton.
Ai pretendon gjithashtu se fëmija po i nënshtrohet manipulimit psikologjik dhe se gjyshërit po e mbajnë atë bazuar në një akt noterial, për të cilin pretendon se është i falsifikuar dhe se nuk mban firmën e tij.
Një tjetër pretendim i ngritur prej tij lidhet me nënën e fëmijës, për të cilën thotë se prej rreth tre vitesh jeton dhe punon në Gjermani, ndërsa djali ka mbetur nën kujdesin e gjyshërve.
Në komunikimin me JOQ Albania, babai thotë se i është drejtuar institucioneve dhe se më 22 të këtij muaji ka një datë në Gjykatën e Apelit, ndërsa shprehet se kërkon që çështja e tij të bëhet publike për të sensibilizuar institucionet dhe opinionin.
Ai thotë se i ka përmbushur detyrimet e tij ligjore ndaj fëmijës.
Babai thotë se e gjithë situata i ka shkaktuar stres dhe se shqetësimi i tij kryesor është që djali të mos dëmtohet nga konflikti mes të rriturve.
JOQ Albania mbetet e hapur për reagimin e nënës, gjyshërve apo institucioneve përgjegjëse për këtë çështje.
