Një qytetar i është drejtuar redaksisë së JOQ Albania për të denoncuar një konflikt pronësie në Fushë Mbret, lagjja “Skënderbej”, Elbasan, pranë ish-Kombinatit të Drurit.
Sipas denoncuesit, familja e tij pretendon se është pronare e tokës, ndërsa prej rreth 17 vitesh është përfshirë në procese gjyqësore për pronën.
Qytetari thotë se, pavarësisht se familja ka përfituar edhe dëmshpërblim nga shteti, prona sipas tij nuk është liruar dhe personat e tjerë vijojnë ta përdorin.
Në pamjet e dërguara në redaksi shihet një sipërfaqe toke e rrethuar me rrjetë metalike, e vendosur mbi shtylla druri. Rrethimi përfshin edhe një pemë, ndërsa brenda hapësirës duken gjurmë automjetesh dhe tokë e pastruar.
Denoncuesi shprehet i shqetësuar se rrethimi po vijon ndërsa institucionet, sipas tij, nuk kanë ndërhyrë për zgjidhjen e situatës.
“Kam një problem me tokën. Ne jemi pronarë, edhe problemi është se e kanë zaptuar të tjerët dhe po e rrethojnë. Edhe institucionet nuk funksionojnë. Dua që të bëhet publike, sepse kanë gati 17 vite nëpër gjyqe. Kemi marrë dëmshpërblim nga shteti, por prona nuk është liruar ende dhe tani po e rrethojnë. Nuk di si të veproj në këtë situatë.”
Familja kërkon që institucionet përgjegjëse të verifikojnë dokumentacionin e pronës, vendimet gjyqësore dhe statusin e saj, si dhe të sqarojnë se kush ka të drejtë ta përdorë dhe rrethojë këtë sipërfaqe.
Pretendimet për zaptim dhe moszbatim të vendimeve kërkojnë verifikim përmes dokumentacionit zyrtar dhe nuk mund të konsiderohen si fakte të provuara vetëm mbi bazën e denoncimit.
JOQ Albania publikon pamjet dhe shqetësimin e familjes, ndërsa pret një reagim nga institucionet përgjegjëse dhe personat që pretendohet se kanë zënë pronën.
