Një denoncim ka mbërritur në redaksinë e JOQ Albania nga një banor i Vlorës, i cili ngre shqetësimin për një objekt që, sipas dokumentacionit zyrtar të siguruar, është konstatuar si ndërtim pa leje, por që vijon të qëndrojë në vend pavarësisht procedurave të nisura nga institucionet.
Në pamjet e dërguara në redaksi shihet një strukturë e vendosur në oborrin e një zone banimi, pranë pallateve, për të cilën qytetari pretendon se është ngritur pa miratimet përkatëse dhe se prej muajsh nuk është marrë asnjë masë konkrete për heqjen e saj.
Sipas dokumenteve që disponon qytetari, Inspektorati i Mbrojtjes së Territorit (IMT) ka kryer verifikimet në terren dhe ka konstatuar se punimet janë kryer pa leje, duke bërë me dije se janë nisur procedurat ligjore për trajtimin e rastit.
Megjithatë, sipas denoncimit, pavarësisht kalimit të kohës dhe kërkesave të përsëritura drejtuar institucioneve, objekti vazhdon të mbetet në të njëjtin vend, ndërsa vendimi nuk është ekzekutuar.
Qytetari shprehet se është përballur me zvarritje institucionale, ku përgjegjësia është kaluar nga një institucion te tjetri, pa u dhënë një zgjidhje konkrete për çështjen.
Ai kërkon që autoritetet përgjegjëse të zbatojnë vendimet e marra dhe të garantojnë që ligji të zbatohet njësoj për të gjithë, pa vonesa dhe pa standarde të dyfishta.
