Sipas dosjes së SPAK, ish-drejtorja e SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, ka pasur komunikim të vazhdueshëm me Ergys Agasin, person që në atë periudhë ishte në kërkim nga drejtësia.
Vetëm në Signal janë administruar 508 forma komunikimi: telefonata, video-thirrje, mesazhe, foto dhe video.
Por ky numër nuk është pjesa më tronditëse.
Në dosje përmenden komunikime ku Hyseni i tregon Agasit për takime dhe lëvizje të saj zyrtare, përfshirë një takim me kryeministrin.
Dhe pastaj vjen pyetja që e ndryshon të gjithë historinë:
Si përfunduan në makinën e Agasit nëntë printime me diagrame me të dhëna që, sipas dosjes, ngjasojnë me materiale të prodhuara nga SHISH?

Sepse sekretet e shtetit nuk janë material për meme. Janë informacion që, në duar të gabuara, mund të vërë në rrezik vetë sigurinë e shtetit.
